A Lovett College Associate is a faculty/staff member, alumni, or Houston community leader who volunteers to integrate into the college's student life. They serve as informal mentors and advisors, offering academic, career, and personal guidance. Associates participate in everyday college life—joining students for casual meals in the commons, attending O-Week, participating in social events like Associates Nights, and sometimes even playing on Lovett's intramural sports teams. Their goal is to bridge the gap between undergraduates and the broader university or professional community.
